- Merchandise should have the safe and legal responsibility for customer use.
- That the price of merchandise isn't higher than what is charged other wholesalers nor do the suppliers provide other wholesalers preferential terms or engage in other activities that do harm to our company's competitive position , or the suppliers will be compensated to double the price difference and recycle the rest of the merchandise.

- In stock handling and merchandise logistics control, the priority must be based on controlling credibility and not doing harm to our company's competitive price.

2. Are there any terms or procedures to sell your merchandise wholesale or obtain a franchise in your chain system?？

- Analyze the location conditions, the area business, the current conditions and possible strategies for the same business.
- We will describe business preparation procedures and point out the possible mistakes.
- We will give you practical analysis and training for (1) merchandise (2) clients (3) business running in trial selling.
- Finish franchise contract procedures.
